Как применяется в StrategyConstructorTrait

StrategyConstructorTrait::__construct() — метод трейта \Bitrix\Tasks\Internals\Notification\Strategy\Default\StrategyConstructorTrait модуля «Задачи».

Конструктор: создаёт экземпляр StrategyConstructorTrait — обязательные аргументы перечислены в разделе «Параметры».
