LeadSumStatisticsTable::synchronize() — метод класса \Bitrix\Crm\Statistics\Entity\LeadSumStatisticsTable модуля «CRM». Это ORM-сущность D7 (наследник DataManager): строки читаются как объекты EO_LeadSumStatistics, наборы — как EO_LeadSumStatistics_Collection.

Статический метод — вызывается через имя класса LeadSumStatisticsTable, без создания объекта.
