Как применяется в IdentityMap

IdentityMap::get() — метод класса \Bitrix\Main\ORM\Objectify\IdentityMap модуля «Главный модуль». IdentityMap: Реестр объектов, хранит объекты в коллекциях.

Метод объекта: сначала нужен экземпляр IdentityMap.

use Bitrix\Main\ORM\Objectify\IdentityMap;

/** @var IdentityMap $object */
$class = null;
$primary = null;
$result = $object->get($class, $primary);
// $result: EntityObject|null
