Reference::addValidator() — метод класса \Bitrix\Main\ORM\Fields\Relations\Reference модуля «Главный модуль». Reference: Поле Reference описывает отношение 1-к-1 или 1-ко-многим между двумя сущностями.

Метод объекта: сначала нужен экземпляр Reference.
