## Описание

Используйте фильтр 'wpmu_welcome_notification', чтобы отключить или обойти уведомление.
Используйте фильтры 'update_welcome_email' и 'update_welcome_subject', чтобы изменить содержимое и тему письма-уведомления.

## Параметры

- `$blog_id` `int` — обязательный. ID сайта.
- `$user_id` `int` — обязательный. ID пользователя.
- `$password` `string` — обязательный. Пароль пользователя или "N/A", если учётная запись пользователя не новая.
- `$title` `string` — обязательный. Заголовок сайта.
- `$meta` `array` — необязательный, по умолчанию `array()`. Метаданные регистрации. По умолчанию содержат запрошенную настройку приватности и lang_id.
