## Описание

Уведомляет автора (и/или других) о комментарии/трекбэке/пингбэке к записи.

## Параметры

- `$comment_id` `int|WP_Comment` — обязательный. Идентификатор комментария или объект WP_Comment.
- `$deprecated` `string` — необязательный, по умолчанию `null`. Не используется.

`bool`
