## Описание

Если локаль указывает, что в определённых форматах (например, 'j F Y') названия месяцев требуют родительного падежа, название месяца будет заменено на правильную форму.

## Параметры

- `$date` `string` — обязательный. Отформатированная строка даты.
- `$format` `string` — необязательный, по умолчанию `''`. Формат даты для проверки.
