## Описание

Сейчас реализованы проверки «maxlen», «minlen», «maxval», «minval» и «valueless».

## Параметры

- `$value` `string` — обязательный. Значение атрибута.
- `$vless` `string` — обязательный. Является ли атрибут без значения. Используйте 'y' или 'n'.
- `$checkname` `string` — обязательный. Что проверяет $checkvalue.
- `$checkvalue` `mixed` — обязательный. Какому ограничению должно удовлетворять значение.

`bool`
