## Описание

Эта функция проверяет поддержку HTTPS, выполняя HTTP-запрос. Поскольку этот процесс может быть ресурсоёмким, использовать его следует осмотрительно, особенно в чувствительных к производительности окружениях.
Она вызывается, когда нужно проверить поддержку HTTPS.
