Показать карточку звонка пользователю
Scope: `telephony`
Кто может выполнять метод: любой пользователь

## Описание

Метод `telephony.externalCall.show` показывает карточку звонка пользователю или списку пользователей.

## Параметры

- `CALL_ID` `string` — обязательный. Идентификатор звонка из метода [telephony.externalCall.register](https://chugunov.pro/api-bitrix24/telephony/telephony-external-call-register/)
- `USER_ID` `integer | integer[]` — необязательный. Идентификатор пользователя или массив идентификаторов пользователей.
  Идентификатор можно получить методом [user.get](https://chugunov.pro/api-bitrix24/user/user-get/).
  По умолчанию — пользователь, указанный при регистрации звонка

### Возвращаемые данные

- `result` `boolean`. `true` — карточка показана, `false` — звонок не найден
- `time` `time`. Информация о времени выполнения запроса
