Получить поля пользовательского поля

Кто может выполнять метод: любой пользователь

## Описание

Метод `task.item.userfield.getfields` получает список полей для пользовательских полей задач.

### Возвращаемые данные

- `result` `object`. Описание доступных полей пользовательского поля. Каждый ключ объекта содержит описание поля [(подробное описание)](#result)
- `total` `integer`. Сейчас возвращает `0`
- `time` `time`. Информация о времени выполнения запроса
