Делегировать задачу
Scope: `task`
Кто может выполнять метод: любой пользователь с правом делегирования задачи

## Описание

Метод `tasks.task.delegate` меняет ответственного и делегирует задачу другому пользователю.

Проверить право на делегирование задачи можно методом [проверки доступа к задаче](https://chugunov.pro/api-bitrix24/tasks/tasks-task-get-access/).

## Параметры

- `taskId` `integer` — обязательный. Идентификатор задачи.
  Идентификатор задачи можно получить при [создании новой задачи](https://chugunov.pro/api-bitrix24/tasks/tasks-task-add/) или методом [получения списка задач](https://chugunov.pro/api-bitrix24/tasks/tasks-task-list/)
- `userId` `integer` — обязательный. Идентификатор пользователя, которому делегируется задача.
  Идентификатор пользователя можно получить методом [получения списка пользователей](https://chugunov.pro/api-bitrix24/user/user-get/)

### Возвращаемые данные

- `result` `object`. Объект с данными ответа
- `task` `object`. Объект с [описанием задачи](https://apidocs.bitrix24.ru/api-reference/tasks/fields.html) после выполнения операции
- `time` `time`. Информация о времени выполнения запроса

## Ошибки

- `0` — wrong task id. В параметре `taskId` указано значение неверного типа
- `0` — Действие над задачей не разрешено. У пользователя нет прав на делегирование задачи
- `100` — Could not find value for parameter \{userId\}. Не указан обязательный параметр `userId`
- `100` — CTaskItem All parameters in the constructor must have real class type. Не указан обязательный параметр `taskId`
