Кто может выполнять метод: любой пользователь с правами на диалог

## Описание

Метод `imopenlines.session.start` запускает новую сессию в текущем чате открытой линии.

## Параметры

- `CHAT_ID` `integer` — обязательный. Идентификатор чата открытой линии. 
  Идентификатор можно получить методом [imopenlines.session.open](https://chugunov.pro/api-bitrix24/imopenlines/openlines/sessions/imopenlines-session-open/) или [imopenlines.dialog.get](https://chugunov.pro/api-bitrix24/imopenlines/openlines/sessions/imopenlines-dialog-get/)

### Возвращаемые данные

- `result` `boolean`. Возвращает `true`, если новая сессия успешно запущена
- `time` `time`. Информация о времени выполнения запроса

## Ошибки

HTTP-статус: 400

- `400` — `CHAT_ID`. Указан не корректный идентификатор чата
- `400` — `CHAT_TYPE`. Указанный чат не является открытой линией
- `400` — `ACCESS_DENIED`. Вы не можете открыть этот разговор, т.к. у вас недостаточно прав
- `400` — `USER_ID`. Указан не корректный идентификатор пользователя
