Открепить все закрепленные диалоги оператора

Кто может выполнять метод: любой пользователь

## Описание

Метод `imopenlines.session.mode.unpinAll` открепляет от текущего оператора все доступные закрепленные диалоги.

### Возвращаемые данные

- `result` `integer[]`. Массив идентификаторов сессий, которые удалось открепить
- `time` `time`. Информация о времени выполнения запроса
