Получить папку хранения файлов чата

## Описание

**Устаревший метод**

Метод оставлен для поддержки существующих интеграций. Чтобы загрузить файл в чат, папка больше не нужна — используйте [im.v2.File.upload](https://chugunov.pro/api-bitrix24/chat-bots/chat-bots-v2/im.v2/files/file-upload/).

Метод `im.disk.folder.get` получает идентификатор папки, в которой хранятся файлы чата.

Идентификатор из ответа можно использовать в методах Диска:
- [disk.folder.uploadfile](https://chugunov.pro/api-bitrix24/disk/folder/disk-folder-upload-file/) для загрузки файла в папку чата
- [disk.folder.getchildren](https://chugunov.pro/api-bitrix24/disk/folder/disk-folder-get-children/) для получения списка файлов папки

## Параметры

- `CHAT_ID` `integer` — обязательный. Идентификатор чата. Обязателен, если не передан `DIALOG_ID`
- `DIALOG_ID` `string` — обязательный. Идентификатор диалога в формате `chatXXX`, где `XXX` — идентификатор. Обязателен, если не передан `CHAT_ID`

### Возвращаемые данные

- `result` `object`. Корневой элемент ответа
- `result.ID` `integer`. Идентификатор папки хранения файлов чата
- `time` `time`. Информация о времени выполнения запроса

## Ошибки

HTTP-статус: 400

- `400` — `CHAT_ID_EMPTY`. Chat ID can't be empty
- `400` — `DIALOG_ID_EMPTY`. Dialog ID can't be empty
