Изменить ставку НДС
Scope: `catalog`
Кто может выполнять метод: администратор

## Описание

Метод изменяет ставку НДС.

## Параметры

- `id` `catalog_vat.id` — обязательный. Идентификатор ставки НДС
- `fields` `object` — обязательный. Значения полей для обновления ставки НДС ([подробное описание](#fields))

### Параметр fields

- `name` `string` — обязательный. Название ставки НДС
- `active` `string` — необязательный. Индикатор активности ставки НДС. Возможные значения:
  - `Y` — активен
  - `N` — неактивен
- `rate` `double` — обязательный. Величина ставки НДС
- `sort` `integer` — необязательный. Сортировка

### Возвращаемые данные

- `result` `object`. Корневой элемент ответа
- `vat` `catalog_vat`. Объект с информацией об обновленной ставке НДС
- `time` `time`. Информация о времени выполнения запроса

## Ошибки

HTTP-статус: 400

- `200040300020` — Недостаточно прав для редактирования
- `200800000000` — Ставки НДС с таким идентификатором не существует
- `100` — Не указан параметр `id`
- `100` — Не указан или пустой параметр `fields`
- `0` — Не переданы обязательные поля структуры `fields`
- `0` — Другие ошибки (например, фатальные ошибки)
