Получить значения полей ставки НДС
Scope: `catalog`
Кто может выполнять метод: администратор

## Описание

Метод для получения информации о ставке НДС по ее идентификатору.

## Параметры

- `id` `catalog_vat.id` — обязательный. Идентификатор ставки НДС

### Возвращаемые данные

- `result` `object`. Корневой элемент ответа
- `vat` `catalog_vat`. Объект с информацией о ставке НДС с заданным идентификатором
- `time` `time`. Информация о времени выполнения запроса

## Ошибки

HTTP-статус: 400

- `200040300010` — Недостаточно прав для чтения
- `200800000000` — Ставки НДС с таким идентификатором не существует
- `100` — Не указан параметр `id`
- `0` — Другие ошибки (например, фатальные ошибки)
