Получить поля раздела торгового каталога

Кто может выполнять метод: любой пользователь

## Описание

Метод `catalog.section.getFields` возвращает доступные поля раздела каталога. 

Без параметров.

### Возвращаемые данные

- `result` `object`. Корневой элемент ответа
- `section` `object`. Объект в формате `{"field_1": "value_1", ... "field_N": "value_N"}`, где `field` — идентификатор поля объекта [`catalog_section`](https://apidocs.bitrix24.ru/api-reference/catalog/data-types.html#catalog_section) , а `value` — объект типа [`rest_field_description`](https://apidocs.bitrix24.ru/api-reference/catalog/data-types.html)
- `time` `time`. Информация о времени выполнения запроса

## Ошибки

HTTP-статус: 400
